Responsibilities
- Provide immediate support for written inquiries via chat, email, and web widget.
- Manage customer and merchant interactions over the phone.
- Address general questions about Atrato services and application processes.
- Handle inquiries related to cancellations and other account topics.
- Support internal teams by addressing requests through company communication channels.
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
