Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP or marketing automation platform (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze).
  • Proven understanding of lifecycle marketing strategy and segmentation logic.
  • Ability to interpret email and SMS performance metrics like open rates, CTR, and bounce rates.
  • Basic HTML/CSS proficiency for troubleshooting and adjusting email templates.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate with personality and clarity.
  • Experience writing for a consumer-facing (B2C/DTC) audience.
  • Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute email and SMS content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs.
  • Develop a campaign content calendar that aligns with broader marketing objectives.
  • Design and manage lifecycle flows such as welcome series, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Audit existing lifecycle programs to identify gaps and optimize customer journey segments.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content, applying results to optimize future campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and sender reputation.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for growth.
