Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing.
- Hands-on experience with an ESP or marketing automation platform (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze).
- Proven understanding of lifecycle marketing strategy and segmentation logic.
- Ability to interpret email and SMS performance metrics like open rates, CTR, and bounce rates.
- Basic HTML/CSS proficiency for troubleshooting and adjusting email templates.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate with personality and clarity.
- Experience writing for a consumer-facing (B2C/DTC) audience.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute email and SMS content, including subject lines, body copy, and CTAs.
- Develop a campaign content calendar that aligns with broader marketing objectives.
- Design and manage lifecycle flows such as welcome series, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Audit existing lifecycle programs to identify gaps and optimize customer journey segments.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines and content, applying results to optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor and maintain email deliverability, list hygiene, and sender reputation.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for growth.
