Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills to navigate complex environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • CKAD and/or CKA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary point of escalation for customer accounts.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Lead technical onboarding processes to ensure clusters connect to Cast AI within 90 days.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers and SREs during customer implementations.
  • Drive account renewals and expansion efforts in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate cost savings, automation results, and new product capabilities.
