Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills to navigate complex environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- CKAD and/or CKA certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary point of escalation for customer accounts.
- Orchestrate internal resources to drive customer success and satisfaction.
- Lead technical onboarding processes to ensure clusters connect to Cast AI within 90 days.
- Collaborate with DevOps engineers and SREs during customer implementations.
- Drive account renewals and expansion efforts in partnership with Account Managers.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate cost savings, automation results, and new product capabilities.
