Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, specifically with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical acumen and complex problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) are highly preferred as an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary escalation point for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Orchestrate internal resources to drive customer success and satisfaction.
  • Lead technical onboarding by ensuring client clusters are connected to Cast AI within 90 days.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to facilitate seamless platform integration.
  • Drive account renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive value delivery.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate cost savings and automation impact.
