Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, specifically with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical acumen and complex problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) are highly preferred as an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor and primary escalation point for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Orchestrate internal resources to drive customer success and satisfaction.
- Lead technical onboarding by ensuring client clusters are connected to Cast AI within 90 days.
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to facilitate seamless platform integration.
- Drive account renewals and expansion opportunities through proactive value delivery.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate cost savings and automation impact.
