Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cloud computing, focusing on major platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
- CKAD and/or CKA certification(s) is an immense advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor and first point of escalation for assigned customers.
- Lead technical onboarding to ensure clusters are connected to Cast AI within 90 days, collaborating with DevOps and SREs.
- Drive renewals and account expansion in partnership with Account Managers through proactive value delivery.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate cost savings, automation results, and new capabilities.
