Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a hands-on technical role.
- 1+ years of experience delivering successful customer implementations.
- Strong technical background with SaaS platforms, API interaction, and cloud services.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable items for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and resourceful problem-solving attitude.
- Experience with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with intent-based and generative AI is a plus.
- Experience with telephony systems like AWS Connect, Five9, and Genesys is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Successfully handle onboarding of multiple clients simultaneously.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand business objectives and configure AI-powered solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge and communicate technical information to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Track and report on account metrics like customer satisfaction and product usage.
