Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software implementation, professional services, systems integration, or enterprise solution delivery.
- At least 3 years of experience leading implementation, professional services, or customer delivery teams.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent enterprise software implementation projects.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes across technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid technical knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data exchange processes.
- Experience developing implementation methodologies, delivery playbooks, operational metrics, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project portfolio management, and SaaS implementation best practices.
- Knowledge of North American wholesale electricity markets, ISO/RTO operations, or energy analytics platforms is a plus.
- Ability to travel approximately 20–30% to support customer engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Implementation Specialists and Business Analysts through coaching, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
- Oversee multiple customer implementation projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Manage team capacity, resource planning, project prioritization, and utilization to maximize delivery effectiveness.
- Serve as an executive-level point of contact for strategic customer implementations, guiding solution design, testing, training, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to align implementation strategies with business priorities.
- Provide technical leadership on APIs, SQL, integrations, data exchanges, and deployment planning.
- Monitor operational metrics including project delivery and customer satisfaction to drive process improvements.
- Lead risk management, escalation handling, and the refinement of implementation methodologies and playbooks.
