Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a backend development role.
- Strong knowledge of Go (Golang) programming.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including sockets, HTTP, and APIs.
- Understanding of cloud services.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with AI-based and agentic development tools.
- B2 level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality standards.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on building complex systems.
- Curiosity and a fast-learning aptitude for distributed system design.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain performant and scalable products for business customers.
- Participate in brainstorming and pair-programming sessions with the team.
- Develop software for existing and new products.
- Review peer code and constructively discuss changes.
- Transform technical requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Analyze application tracing to identify bottlenecks and system issues.
