Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Backend Developer, Integration Consultant, or Professional Services Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, or C#.
- Strong working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proven ability to create clear technical documentation and specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Natural problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to work in a core 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in technical integration sessions with customer development teams.
- Develop detailed technical specifications including API/event mappings and data flows.
- Design, code, test, and deploy custom integrations and extensions.
- Facilitate technical troubleshooting sessions with customer engineering teams.
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for integration components.
- Maintain a library of technical documentation, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
