Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application or integration software development
- 3+ years of development experience in web-based applications using HTML5 and JavaScript
- 1+ years of experience with web application hosting services such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and Node.js
- Proficiency in Nest.js and VueJS
- Experience with end-to-end tool chains including source control, linting, and test automation
- Understanding of cloud-based software architectures and web-based API interfaces (SOAP, REST, AJAX, WebSockets)
- Familiarity with Unix-based command line shell usage
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, and Git
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Develop products in a rapid development cycle to augment and extend Five9 core product offerings
- Leverage modern development methodologies and tools to automate software definition, architecture, development, and delivery
- Collaborate with the team environment via web conferences and chat
- Work independently as a self-starter while remaining in sync with the broader team
- Manage end-to-end tool chains including project organization, source control, and test automation
