Requirements
- 9+ years of product management experience, ideally in quality, operations, workflow, or data-driven platforms.
- Deep experience working with machine learning or AI-powered products.
- Experience with model improvement, evaluation frameworks, performance analysis, and automation quality.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering teams on complex product initiatives.
- Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills for prioritization.
- Experience defining product strategies and managing roadmaps with trade-off analysis.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving product environments.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall strategy and roadmap for quality tooling platforms.
- Champion the needs of quality analysts, team leads, and operations leaders.
- Develop prioritization frameworks and make strategic capability decisions for scalability.
- Lead end-to-end automation initiatives to improve quality evaluation processes.
- Partner with engineering teams to design and improve AI-powered products.
- Analyze model outputs, user feedback, and performance data for AI optimization.
- Establish product quality standards and define success metrics.
- Conduct user research to identify opportunities for improved operational experiences.
- Manage relationships with external partners and align priorities.
- Communicate roadmaps, risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
