Requirements

- Deep expertise working with ML or AI-powered products.
- Proven ability to drive model improvements, performance trade-offs, and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience in cross-functional organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to adapt communication style to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience making strategic capability decisions in fast-moving environments.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with quality, operations, or data-driven tooling is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution for Airbnb's quality tooling platform.
- Develop and own the quality tooling roadmap, balancing short-, mid-, and long-term priorities.
- Collaborate with engineering to build features and drive improvements in AI-powered products.
- Analyze data, resolve model ambiguities, and drive the direction of better AI solutions.
- Define and uphold product bars and quality standards for all features.
- Observe QA and operations user workflows to identify friction points and gather feedback.
- Define and track success metrics to validate improvements and inform roadmap prioritization.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on product vision across stakeholders and leadership.
