Requirements
- Proven experience building and launching successful products at scale, with recent experience in crypto or blockchain-related products.
- Experience owning a significant product area or strategic initiative, from vision creation through execution and measurable outcomes.
- Strong background leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to make product trade-offs, prioritize effectively, and deliver meaningful customer impact quickly.
- Experience conducting customer research and using data-driven insights to guide product decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Ability to simplify complex problems, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on architecture, systems, and technical constraints.
- Experience owning business metrics and presenting results to executive leadership.
- Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, and willingness to explore complex problems deeply.
- Excellent judgment and product sense with a strong understanding of what creates exceptional user experiences.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for stablecoin initiatives and related crypto experiences.
- Lead end-to-end product development, from discovery and prioritization through execution, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with infrastructure providers, ecosystem participants, and external stakeholders to unlock new opportunities and product capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Work deeply with technical teams to understand architecture, dependencies, and trade-offs while guiding efficient execution.
- Break down complex challenges into actionable phases that deliver incremental value to customers and the organization.
- Conduct customer research, gather insights, and validate product opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Own key business outcomes, measure impact, and communicate progress and results to leadership.
- Drive alignment across teams by bringing structure to ambiguity and creating clarity around priorities.
