Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Track record of owning application flows, onboarding funnels, or checkout experiences.
- Growth-minded and highly analytical with experience in funnel optimization.
- Deep experience with experimentation and hypothesis-driven development.
- Proficient with analytics and experimentation tools.
- Strong customer empathy and discovery skills.
- Proven judgment in balancing short-term needs with long-term product health.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in fintech, lending, or embedded finance preferred.
- Familiarity with conversion optimization vs. credit risk management preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce and point-of-sale product experiences preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Originations product.
- Develop reusable apply & checkout flows for diverse merchant and consumer contexts.
- Drive continuous funnel optimization using quantitative data and qualitative insights.
- Partner with analytics and engineering to instrument funnels and run A/B tests.
- Mentor other PMs and establish best practices for experimentation and analysis.
- Conduct user research and map consumer and merchant journeys to uncover usability gaps.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog with clear epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with analysts and marketers to define success metrics and go-to-market strategies.
