Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading ERP or enterprise application delivery programs.
- 5+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or enterprise applications leadership role.
- Strong functional expertise with Oracle EBS R12 (Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, AP/AR/GL, Subledger Accounting, Cost Management).
- Proven experience delivering enterprise application implementations and integrations within operational or supply chain environments.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (e.g., Deposco, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, enterprise integrations, operational workflows, and business process optimization.
- Experience supporting multi-site, multi-region, or high-volume operational environments.
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application initiatives, including ERP enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and transformation programs.
- Drive functional delivery across Oracle ERP areas including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, Subledger Accounting, and Cost Management.
- Support ERP modernization initiatives, including readiness planning for future cloud-based ERP transformations.
- Lead warehouse and operational systems initiatives supporting receiving, inventory management, refurbishment, fulfillment, and logistics workflows.
- Oversee enterprise integrations across ERP, warehouse systems, operational platforms, reporting environments, and third-party applications.
- Lead cross-functional program teams consisting of analysts, developers, consultants, and external vendors.
- Facilitate executive governance meetings, risk reviews, project updates, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Establish enterprise application governance practices, including change management, release controls, documentation standards, and operational support processes.
