- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of AI fundamentals and interest in applying AI in product development.
- Experience in payments is a plus.
- Previous experience with advanced data analysis is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for payment integrations and related initiatives.
- Develop strategies to improve authorization rates, reduce payment failures, and minimize customer churn caused by transaction issues.
- Partner closely with finance teams, payment providers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Build, communicate, and continuously refine product strategies while gaining alignment across teams.
- Drive product planning, prioritization, backlog management, and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and monitor OKRs, goals, KPIs, and success metrics to measure product performance.
- Collaborate with data teams to transform insights into actionable decisions and product improvements.
- Lead discussions with engineers, analysts, designers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Support fraud prevention initiatives and optimize payment processes to improve business outcomes.
- Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement while contributing to a positive team environment.
