- Understanding of responsive images, lazy loading, and web optimization practices.
- Experience designing mobile-first and responsive digital experiences.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to combine creative freedom with technical constraints related to web performance.
- Curiosity and commitment to staying updated with the latest design trends and digital technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design websites and landing pages based on internal client requirements, ensuring optimized performance through strong Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores.
- Create and optimize digital assets such as vehicle images, website banners, marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
- Prepare and adapt image files using modern web formats such as WebP and AVIF, applying proper compression and sizing techniques without compromising visual quality.
- Maintain website layouts by updating campaigns, content, and visual elements while preserving established performance standards.
- Review design team deliverables, identifying technical optimization opportunities and visual improvements.
- Support the development of internal products and services according to business and leadership needs.
- Identify and recommend improvements to design processes, workflows, digital tools, and collaboration between teams.
- Apply best practices for responsive design, mobile-first experiences, and web performance optimization.
