Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, Product Designer, or Digital Experience Designer.
- Strong experience designing modern, responsive websites and digital experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Experience redesigning and optimizing websites for usability and conversion.
- Experience designing websites on Shopify and/or WordPress.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user journeys, navigation structures, and information architecture to support business goals.
- Define end-to-end user flows for onboarding, browsing, and user engagement.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts.
- Design modern, responsive, high-fidelity interfaces with attention to visual hierarchy and accessibility.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, including reusable components and documentation.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and QA teams throughout the design and handoff process.
