Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in go-to-market training, sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS and/or GovTech environments.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Proven ability to design, launch, and improve onboarding, training, or enablement programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to create meaningful metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vision, roadmap, and priorities for go-to-market training and revenue enablement programs.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve scalable onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning programs.
- Create and deliver training materials, courses, workshops, and enablement resources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop role-based training and product launch enablement.
- Establish and optimize go-to-market processes, methodologies, playbooks, and best practices.
- Drive adoption of enablement platforms, revenue intelligence tools, CRM systems, and engagement solutions.
- Define and document key hiring profiles, skill requirements, and success factors.
- Measure program effectiveness through relevant metrics and performance indicators.
