Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in RevOps, FP&A, or analytics roles.
  • Prior people management or player-coach experience.
  • Strong forecasting and financial modeling skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Hands-on experience with Clari for reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience with quota and territory planning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive-level decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools applied to forecasting or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a Revenue Insights Analyst and scale the team as scope grows.
  • Own pre-sales analytics and planning while overseeing team output and quality.
  • Lead forecast cadence, executive performance reviews, and annual/quarterly planning processes.
  • Build and manage capacity models, quota, and territory planning.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, including CAC, sales effectiveness, and conversion metrics.
  • Deliver executive and Board-level reporting.
  • Implement AI-driven approaches to streamline forecast modeling, anomaly detection, and reporting automation.
