Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, Business Operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Ability to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics including bookings, ARR, pipeline, coverage, and forecast accuracy.
  • Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline management, or planning processes.
  • Advanced revenue modeling skills with ability to synthesize complex data.
  • Salesforce proficiency.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence decision-making with data.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business judgment and balance of strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with revenue leadership to support operationalizing GTM priorities through clear analysis, scalable processes, and disciplined execution.
  • Own and continuously improve revenue forecasting framework, including process, governance, methodology, and weekly/quarterly cadence.
  • Build and maintain forecasting, pipeline, and performance models to deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, coverage, and attainment.
  • Support territory strategy, planning cycles, and market-opportunity analysis such as TAM, segmentation, and capacity planning.
  • Manage Salesforce case management for territory disputes and Rules of Engagement to ensure process clarity.
  • Collaborate with AI Ops & Automation functions to integrate AI into forecasting and revenue operating rhythms.
  • Prepare executive-ready reporting for business reviews, leadership meetings, and Revenue All Hands.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve data quality.
