Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, Business Operations, or related analytical roles.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Ability to work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics including bookings, ARR, pipeline, coverage, and forecast accuracy.
- Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline management, or planning processes.
- Advanced revenue modeling skills with ability to synthesize complex data.
- Salesforce proficiency.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence decision-making with data.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business judgment and balance of strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Partner with revenue leadership to support operationalizing GTM priorities through clear analysis, scalable processes, and disciplined execution.
- Own and continuously improve revenue forecasting framework, including process, governance, methodology, and weekly/quarterly cadence.
- Build and maintain forecasting, pipeline, and performance models to deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, coverage, and attainment.
- Support territory strategy, planning cycles, and market-opportunity analysis such as TAM, segmentation, and capacity planning.
- Manage Salesforce case management for territory disputes and Rules of Engagement to ensure process clarity.
- Collaborate with AI Ops & Automation functions to integrate AI into forecasting and revenue operating rhythms.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting for business reviews, leadership meetings, and Revenue All Hands.
- Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve data quality.
