Requirements
- Strong English writing and editing skills with excellent attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Experience or interest in content marketing, digital publishing, communications, business, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using digital tools, online platforms, and productivity software.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
- Clear and professional communication skills when collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-driven attitude with the ability to work efficiently without close supervision.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish articles across digital platforms while ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Develop article titles, content instructions, and briefs to guide writers in producing effective content.
- Edit and refine articles to improve readability, quality, structure, and audience engagement.
- Conduct outreach to digital publishers, blogs, and online platforms to secure content placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with publishing partners through clear, professional communication.
- Research and identify new publishing opportunities to expand content distribution channels.
- Continuously improve internal processes by suggesting creative solutions and efficiency improvements.
- Manage assigned projects independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent output quality.
