- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure content performance and connect results to business objectives.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to independently write, edit, brief, and publish content.
- Experience using AI-powered content tools and automated workflows, including LLM-based platforms or marketing automation solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with strong ownership, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full content lifecycle, including editorial planning, content briefs, writing, editing, publishing, and performance optimization.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on keyword research, content gaps, on-page optimization, organic growth, and search visibility improvements.
- Manage external content partners and agencies by setting direction, providing strategic context, reviewing deliverables, and maintaining a high quality standard.
- Create and publish SEO-focused content while balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
- Lead newsletter strategy, including content development, messaging, publishing cadence, and engagement optimization.
- Partner with product marketing teams to ensure content reflects positioning, customer needs, and target audience priorities.
- Monitor organic performance metrics and connect content initiatives to business outcomes such as traffic growth, lead quality, and audience engagement.
- Build and optimize AI-powered content workflows to increase speed, efficiency, and scalability while maintaining content quality.
- Support broader marketing initiatives through editorial expertise, messaging guidance, and content development.
