Job Details

5+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, credible content
Experience developing content for multiple formats and stages of the buyer journey
Strong interviewing and storytelling abilities, particularly when working with customers and subject matter experts
Proven ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize content strategy
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, customer success, product, and executive stakeholders

Own the creation and execution of AcuityMD’s content calendar across blog, email, social, customer stories, and thought leadership programs
Partner with the Head of Brand & Communications to translate company narrative, positioning, and market insights into compelling content
Write and edit a wide range of content including articles, reports, case studies, event content, executive bylines, and customer success stories
Manage content production workflows and coordinate with internal subject matter experts, customers, freelancers, and agencies
Develop content that supports demand generation campaigns and helps prospects move through the buyer journey
Measure content performance and use data to continuously improve content quality, audience engagement, and business impact
