Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content production, or a related role.
- Experience working within media, technology, community, creator-led, or digital brand environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology trends, AI topics, and the broader tech ecosystem.
- Excellent long-form writing and storytelling abilities, with the ability to make complex topics accessible.
- Experience managing creators, contributors, or external content partners while maintaining quality standards.
- Comfortable presenting on camera and testing new content concepts.
- Experience creating content for newsletters, webinars, YouTube, podcasts, or similar channels is a plus.
- Experience developing paid marketing content or supporting advertising strategies is preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, and similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with newsletter platforms and video content workflows.
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and take ownership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a content engine focused on AI education, technology trends, and professional growth.
- Create long-form articles, thought leadership pieces, evergreen content, and video concepts that engage technology-focused audiences.
- Write and manage a recurring AI-focused newsletter, ensuring content is informative, relevant, and audience-driven.
- Transform workshop recordings and educational sessions into multi-channel marketing content.
- Collaborate with creators and contributors to identify timely content opportunities and develop high-quality content ideas.
- Support podcast and video content workflows, including clips, highlights, and distribution strategies.
- Partner with SEO teams to develop educational content designed to increase visibility and audience growth.
- Create paid marketing content and support advertising initiatives.
- Experiment with new formats, storytelling approaches, and content strategies to improve engagement and conversion.
