Requirements
- Must be able to work 6 days a week.
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day.
- Availability to work shifts starting at 9am, 11am, and 1pm.
- Flexibility for schedule changes during peak sales periods.
- Strong attention to detail for handling reports and admin tasks.
- Ability to perform data analysis and identify errors.
- Capability to manage professional communication over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Execute operations audit by making follow-up calls to customers and understanding concerns.
- Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to managers.
- Identify key risk and control indicators for assigned audit areas.
- Maintain documentation for risk assessment and management processes.
- Perform audit-related investigation as directed by the manager.
- Evaluate and revise internal controls and operational and management policies/procedures.
- Deliver professional customer service over the phone and verify order details.
- Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy.
- Examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes.
- Collaborate with internal departments including 3PL and Marketing.
