Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience as a self-starter learning and implementing software to improve task management, analytics, etc.
- Ability to travel and visit partner sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews and user research sessions.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for the product team.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer impact and business objectives.
- Track product development timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Facilitate release readiness reviews and launch coordination.
- Own the Newton metrics dashboard and report on product adoption and usage trends.
- Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources.
- Lead new customer onboarding and conduct training sessions.
- Triage inbound customer support tickets.
