Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment banking, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Experience defining metrics, building reports, and designing experiments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level stakeholders.
- Ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret complex data sets.
- Experience operating in a first-principles, hands-on environment.
- Capacity to manage analytical functions across business domains such as growth marketing, product development, or strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the specific decisions that analytical insights will inform.
- Define key metrics, build reports, run complex analyses, and design experiments to drive performance.
- Surface analytical insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for business unit counterparts.
- Drive outcomes by influencing product, growth, finance, or operations stakeholders with clear, data-backed findings.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for a core business area including growth, product, AI, and automation, or strategic partnerships.
