Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Ability to communicate complex findings persuasively to stakeholders.
- Experience working with tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Ability to operate effectively as a first-principles thinker.
- Experience in an ownership-oriented role where you manage tasks end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and identify key questions to inform decision-making.
- Build reports, run complex analyses, and design experiments to improve key metrics.
- Surface actionable data insights and present recommendations to leadership and business partners.
- Collaborate across product, growth, finance, and operations business units.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business area.
