Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or technical support.
- Proven experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills for high-volume workloads.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoom, Gmail, and Gainsight.
- Passionate about youth and professional sports.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of partner onboarding, launch, and activation including kickoff, setup, and platform training.
- Conduct 45–60 minute 1:1 training sessions guiding partners through platform capabilities.
- Maintain an active book of business, managing multiple concurrent launches with consistency.
- Drive activation rates through timely follow-up and proactive engagement every 3 business days.
- Perform internal pre-kickoff preparation, including reviewing Salesforce handoffs and building onboarding decks.
- Triage and route partner issues, escalating technical or gateway concerns to the Support team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and Gainsight regarding launch status and notes.
