Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or technical support.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills for high-volume workloads.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency or ability to quickly learn tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoom, Gmail, and Gainsight.
  • Passionate about youth and professional sports.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of partner onboarding, launch, and activation including kickoff, setup, and platform training.
  • Conduct 45–60 minute 1:1 training sessions guiding partners through platform capabilities.
  • Maintain an active book of business, managing multiple concurrent launches with consistency.
  • Drive activation rates through timely follow-up and proactive engagement every 3 business days.
  • Perform internal pre-kickoff preparation, including reviewing Salesforce handoffs and building onboarding decks.
  • Triage and route partner issues, escalating technical or gateway concerns to the Support team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and Gainsight regarding launch status and notes.
