Requirements

  • Experience implementing software solutions for enterprise-level partners in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with partner onboarding tools such as Vitally, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency with CRMs like Salesforce.
  • Strong technical skills, including comfort navigating integrations, APIs, and troubleshooting implementation issues.
  • Proven experience building systems from the ground up, including developing, documenting, and refining workflows.
  • Experience creating onboarding playbooks, knowledge bases, or training materials.
  • Project management expertise to manage projects with structured processes, clear timelines, and measurable milestones.
  • Ability to manage onboarding projects with a sense of urgency and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Commitment to high standards of excellence in partner communications and project execution.
  • Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively within a lean, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise partners during onboarding, guiding them through implementation, timelines, and platform adoption.
  • Streamline onboarding workflows to reduce implementation timelines and help partners see value from GiveCampus faster.
  • Develop scalable processes, onboarding documentation, templates, and best practices to increase efficiency for Enterprise onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Success Operations, Sales, Product, and Partner Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and address partner needs.
  • Provide tailored guidance and build trusted relationships during the onboarding phase to increase partner satisfaction.
  • Track key onboarding metrics, gather partner feedback, and recommend process improvements.
  • Pioneer in-person touchpoints as part of the onboarding experience, including regular site visits to Enterprise schools.
