Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or revenue/GTM analytics.
- Proven experience leading or building technical teams.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, and modern data warehousing (ETL/ELT pipelines).
- Expertise in designing semantic and data models for multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption or AI-enabled transformation within a GTM organization.
- Current knowledge of the AI vendor and tooling landscape.
- Ability to act as a hands-on player-coach.
- Experience partnering with Revenue/GTM systems and strategy functions.
- Strong communication skills for translating technical work into business impact.
- Builder mentality with experience shipping v1 solutions quickly.
Responsibilities
- Architect and own the unified semantic and data layer for Revenue Operations.
- Define and drive the AI transformation strategy for GTM efficiency and decision-making.
- Lead a highly technical team of data/analytics engineers while personally contributing code and models.
- Design and maintain core data models, pipelines, and analytics products for all revenue levels.
- Partner with Systems and Strategy & Operations teams to ensure tight alignment.
- Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tools to translate emerging capabilities into practical use cases.
- Establish data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices.
