Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building products with modern AI tools, agents, and agentic frameworks.
- Director-level track record in product management with end-to-end ownership of roadmap, discovery, and delivery.
- Proven ability to ship products that achieved measurable business outcomes and high user adoption.
- Working fluency with SQL, modern data warehouses, and contemporary web technologies.
- Demonstrated experience operationalizing product rollouts, including communication plans and enablement materials.
- Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional executives and engineers.
- Ability to build prototypes personally rather than managing feature specifications from a distance.
- Experience in affiliate, influencer, partnership, or retail media marketing technology is preferred.
- Background as a founder, in an early-stage company, or in a technical leadership role is preferred.
- Experience with data platforms, analytics tooling, or BI products like Power BI is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pressure-test and shape the product thesis while executing established direction into shipped product.
- Prototype and ship software in weeks by building tools and agentic workflows against real client data.
- Partner with engineering and data teams to transition prototypes into secure, reliable production.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the user landscape to validate assumptions and address adoption barriers.
- Own technical architecture and build-versus-buy decisions while serving as a peer to engineering and data.
- Define and measure success based on client outcomes like retention, revenue per account, and win rates.
- Design and drive platform adoption across client services, strategy, and operations teams.
- Manage the end-to-end operationalization of rollouts, including documentation, enablement, and communication.
