Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing, technology, product, client services, or related fields.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating production AI systems.
- Experience building AI solutions involving agentic workflows, tool-use protocols, API integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data systems, SQL, and data warehouse environments such as BigQuery.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage and develop early-career talent through coaching, feedback, and growth planning.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to executives and business stakeholders.
- First-principles problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing initiatives, and move quickly from concept to execution.
- Experience with AI strategy, product development, or enterprise AI adoption is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI solutions that automate workflows, improve internal processes, and create new capabilities for business and client-facing teams.
- Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions, including development, maintenance, optimization, reliability, and future platform improvements.
- Architect AI systems that integrate into broader intelligence platforms.
- Identify high-impact AI opportunities by collaborating with business, product, engineering, and data teams.
- Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions using AI technologies, automation frameworks, APIs, and data systems.
- Partner with software engineering and data engineering teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and maintainable.
- Manage and mentor junior AI professionals through coaching, feedback, and development plans.
- Communicate AI strategies and technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities by creating repeatable processes and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for business performance improvement.
