Requirements
- 1 to 2 years in software development.
- Preferably some exposure to Appian.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (software engineering, computer science, etc.).
- Understanding of internal project methodologies, specifically Agile.
- Ability to work independently and within a small team.
- Ability to present to product owners and stakeholders.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Basic knowledge of CRUD operations (Create, Update, Delete, Select) in SQL.
- Appian Level 1 certification preferred.
- Agile certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Understand a wide range of user requirements and design basic Appian solutions.
- Deliver complex development assignments efficiently and comprehensively.
- Maintain increasing quality, speed, and overall productivity in development work.
- Present progress and solutions to product owners and stakeholders.
- Follow project team processes, protocols, and SDLC deployment cycles.
