Requirements
- 4-6 years working on software development engagements (Appian preferred).
- 2+ years leading software development teams implementing Appian.
- Proficiency in database and system integration.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Advanced database knowledge including stored procedures, triggers, functions, and explain plan.
- Ability to analyze tables and views.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (software engineering, engineering, computer science, etc.).
- Occasional travel availability.
Responsibilities
- Scope and design Appian solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
- Lead scrum teams to deliver solutions following agile methodology.
- Develop software solutions as a member of a delivery team.
- Mentor and develop Junior Appian Developers.
- Maintain technical knowledge of Appian features and development practices.
