Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience working on project teams, business processes, or operational improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience leading service management teams, processes, or related consulting engagements.
- Strong ability to analyze business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and business process optimization.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban.
- Familiarity with AI strategy, conversational AI, and digital transformation practices.
- Experience documenting, improving, and standardizing business processes.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, KCS, Lean, or AI are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple consulting engagements, work requests, and business process improvement initiatives while ensuring successful delivery.
- Assess client operations, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations through structured analysis and reporting.
- Develop and implement process frameworks focused on IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and AI-powered automation.
- Deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions covering ITIL practices, incident management, change management, and project methodologies.
- Conduct platform health assessments, review configurations and usage patterns, and recommend improvements to maximize business value.
- Provide coaching and advisory support to business leaders on service management, project portfolio management, and automation initiatives.
- Contribute to solution architecture, internal process development, and professional services best practices.
