Job Details

3-5 years of experience in a Data Analytics or Pricing focused role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, CTEs, and optimization.
Experience with Looker (LookML), Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Familiarity with GitHub/Version Control and project management tools like Jira is preferred.
Industry knowledge in PBM or Healthcare, specifically pharmacy claims data, is a significant plus.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clean, repeatable technical specifications.
Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Design, build, and refine complex pricing models in SQL and Looker to automate and enhance the accuracy of client savings projections.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical specifications for the development and validation of our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
Coordinate directly with Data and Engineering teams to ensure pricing logic is aligned with broader company data architecture and product roadmaps.
Contribute to the evolution of the Pricing Analytics codebase, adhering to best practices, audit protocols, and code reviews.
Maintain a transparent project roadmap for pricing tool enhancements and create detailed technical documentation.
Provide Tier 3 technical support to the Submission Pod for highly complex ad-hoc analyses.
Execute deep-dive analyses into large datasets and provide clear insights.
Develop self-service BI reporting and automation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
