Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance systems, EPM, FP&A technology, or related roles.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience administering or building models in Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, Planful, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts such as demand forecasting and S&OP.
- Knowledge of data integration patterns, APIs, ETL/iPaaS solutions, and data warehouses.
- Experience integrating planning platforms with ERP financial structures and GL data flows.
- Understanding of access governance, RBAC frameworks, and SOX-relevant financial controls.
- Ability to create technical documentation, user guides, and change records.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Finance, Supply Chain, and IT.
- Preferred: Pigment or Anaplan certifications, Databricks, Fivetran, and AWS S3 experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end platform lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Serve as primary administrator for user provisioning, security, and platform governance.
- Build and optimize complex planning models for finance and operations.
- Coordinate data integrations between ERP systems, data warehouses, and the planning platform.
- Develop business logic, KPIs, and scenario planning workflows.
- Lead change governance processes including impact assessments and audit trail management.
- Facilitate design reviews, user testing, and training sessions to support system adoption.
- Create technical documentation including design specs and operational runbooks.
