Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in security leadership, architecture, or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security in multi-cloud environments (GCP and Azure).
- Direct experience owning or leading HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance programs.
- Strong background in security architecture, incident response, and risk management.
- Experience with IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC), endpoint security, and security monitoring tools.
- Ability to define security strategy and execute hands-on in a lean organization.
- Proficiency with AI tools and automation in security operations.
- Strong communication skills for translating security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute company-wide security strategy.
- Own and lead end-to-end HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance programs.
- Manage multi-cloud infrastructure security across GCP and Azure.
- Configure and maintain identity and access management, endpoint, and network security systems.
- Conduct security monitoring, incident response, and vendor risk assessments.
- Implement and manage security policies and procedures.
- Utilize AI tools for security operations and workflow automation.
