Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in cyber security, cloud security, or security engineering.
- Demonstrated experience leading at least one successful SOC2 Type 2 audit.
- Hands-on experience operating a CSPM platform in GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace admin security controls.
- Solid grasp of identity (SSO/SAML/OIDC, MFA, SCIM), IAM best practices, and zero-trust principles.
- Experience with vulnerability management, endpoint security (EDR/MDM), and SIEM/log analytics.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) and IaC (Terraform).
- Excellent written communication skills for policies and audit narratives.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end SOC2 Type 2 readiness, control mapping, and audit execution.
- Operate CSPM tooling across GCP and manage organization-wide vulnerability management.
- Harden Google Workspace settings, including DLP rules, access controls, and audit logging.
- Manage identity and access workflows, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
- Build SOC capabilities, define detections, and own incident response runbooks.
- Produce security documentation, policies, and respond to customer security questionnaires.
