Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on security engineering experience in corporate or enterprise security.
- Proven track record of building or maturing a corporate security program from selection to control deployment.
- Strong engineering background with the ability to write code for tools, detections, and integrations.
- Deep experience with macOS fleet security as the primary endpoint platform.
- Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, MDM, and ZTNA/zero trust solutions at scale.
- Understanding of modern SaaS security risks like shadow IT, OAuth token sprawl, and data exfiltration.
- Ability to work independently with high autonomy and manage risk-based decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for translating security topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate security controls for corporate environments including macOS fleets and SaaS applications.
- Evaluate and manage the corporate security stack including EDR, XDR, MDM, ZTNA, CASB, and SSPM.
- Define and enforce security baselines, hardening standards, and configuration policies.
- Manage vulnerability programs, including patch orchestration and risk-based prioritization.
- Build security automation and internal tooling using languages like Python or Go and LLMs.
- Lead security reviews for SaaS adoptions and IT infrastructure projects.
- Provide security direction to IT Operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk and compliance.
- Support compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
