Requirements
- Current, unrestricted US Medical license in 8+ states.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pulmonology, or Sleep Medicine.
- Must maintain residence in the United States.
- Strong clinical background in treating sleep-disordered breathing, insomnia, COMISA, RLS, and circadian rhythm disorders.
- Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, remote monitoring platforms, and sleep technology interfaces.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical tools and digital workflows.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional education.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive sleep medicine evaluations including sleep histories, medical histories, and medication reviews.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using multi-modal PAP therapy, oral appliance therapy, CBTi, and medications.
- Provide expert patient education aligned with AASM clinical sleep guidelines and behavioral sleep medicine standards.
- Collaborate with board-certified sleep colleagues, sleep-trained APRNs, and researchers on complex cases and clinical discussions.
- Monitor longitudinal patient data to manage treatment-emergent issues and evolving pathologies.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in an integrated EHR system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based protocol development.
