Requirements
- 3+ years in a highly cross-functional technical role such as Technical Operations, Growth Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses.
- Ability to read and contribute to backend code (Go, Python, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience with marketing technology, analytics, and event instrumentation.
- Hands-on experience building or operating AI workflows, agents, or internal automation tools.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship technical solutions across backend, frontend, data, and internal tooling.
- Develop and operate AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations that improve team productivity.
- Own marketing and growth infrastructure, including analytics, event tracking, attribution, and data quality.
- Write SQL, troubleshoot production issues, and turn repetitive tasks into scalable self-service tools.
- Partner across Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive projects from idea to execution.
