Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-ready software systems.
- Strong core engineering fundamentals, including API design and data modeling.
- Proven ability to build clean, performant code.
- Experience building user-facing product experiences (frontend frameworks, state management) OR robust backend services.
- Demonstrated ability in end-to-end feature ownership and technical trade-off evaluation.
- Active experience integrating AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) into daily workflow.
- Clear communication skills for technical concepts.
- Familiarity with data-intensive workflows, pipelines, or integrations (preferred).
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, testing, and observability tools (preferred).
- Experience working in high-growth or experiment-heavy product environments (preferred).
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences for the patient onboarding funnel.
- Build and evolve systems behind patient acquisition, registration flows, and eligibility verification.
- Own features end-to-end, including technical trade-off evaluation and risk communication.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to ship improvements and iterate based on data.
- Build systems for scale, optimizing for performance, correctness, and resilience.
- Execute experiment-heavy development workflows.
