Requirements

- Expert-level capability in Figma.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for design workflows (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
- Advanced prompt engineering ability beyond basic usage.
- Solid understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to transform rough or AI-generated assets into high-end, production-ready designs.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality visual concepts using AI platforms including Claude and Gemini.
- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to control design output quality, style, and consistency.
- Design creative assets that align with a clean, modern biotech aesthetic.
- Contribute to both strategic creative direction and hands-on execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on concepts and improve output quality.
- Refine and elevate AI-generated assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
- Stay current with emerging AI tools to continuously improve design workflows.
