Requirements

  • 2–4 years of marketing or communications experience (public sector focus preferred).
  • Proven track record in campaign execution, digital content creation, and analytics reporting.
  • Proficiency with multi-channel digital marketing platforms including social media and display advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical campaign setup within Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating persuasive, market-facing copy.
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines across simultaneous initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Design and implement multi-touch brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms and events.
  • Produce marketing collateral, sales assets, thought leadership content, and case studies.
  • Manage digital content for social media and web to maintain a regular communications cadence.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining technical content libraries and proposal boilerplate.
  • Manage demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth and track MQLs in Salesforce.
  • Utilize analytics platforms to measure performance, track ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
