Requirements
- 2–4 years of marketing or communications experience (public sector focus preferred).
- Proven track record in campaign execution, digital content creation, and analytics reporting.
- Proficiency with multi-channel digital marketing platforms including social media and display advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Hootsuite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize technical campaign setup within Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating persuasive, market-facing copy.
- Advanced project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines across simultaneous initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Design and implement multi-touch brand awareness campaigns across digital platforms and events.
- Produce marketing collateral, sales assets, thought leadership content, and case studies.
- Manage digital content for social media and web to maintain a regular communications cadence.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining technical content libraries and proposal boilerplate.
- Manage demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth and track MQLs in Salesforce.
- Utilize analytics platforms to measure performance, track ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
