Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers nearing renewal to ensure a successful process and reduce churn.
  • Manage customer billing methods to facilitate automatic renewals.
  • Update customer subscriptions and invoices to ensure smooth billing.
  • Maintain Salesforce records to ensure data cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with CSMs and Sales teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
  • Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and subscriptions.
  • Coordinate with CSMs and Account Executives for required contracts and agreements.
  • Assist with offboarding processes for SMB clients.
