Responsibilities
- Engage with customers nearing renewal to ensure a successful process and reduce churn.
- Manage customer billing methods to facilitate automatic renewals.
- Update customer subscriptions and invoices to ensure smooth billing.
- Maintain Salesforce records to ensure data cleanliness.
- Coordinate with CSMs and Sales teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities.
- Work with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and subscriptions.
- Coordinate with CSMs and Account Executives for required contracts and agreements.
- Assist with offboarding processes for SMB clients.
