Requirements
- 15+ years of product management experience, including leading multi-team product areas or platforms.
- Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
- Experience managing managers and building high-performing product management teams.
- Proven ability to create systems, processes, and culture that scale.
- Ability to operate at a portfolio-level, connecting product decisions to company strategy.
- Deep expertise in payments, cards, fintech, or adjacent infrastructure.
- Comfort working on both consumer-facing products and backend technical platforms.
- Strong ability to drive alignment across senior stakeholders and functions.
- Rigorous, data-driven decision-making and strong product judgment.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the multi-year vision for Affirm Card across consumer experience, growth, and economics.
- Oversee the Card Platform, including authorization, ledgering, servicing, and controls for domestic and international products.
- Build and scale a high-performing product organization by managing PM leaders and establishing decision frameworks.
- Own business metrics including GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for the Card domain.
- Lead platform strategy to unlock velocity across Affirm and partner with Engineering to optimize system-level cost and value.
- Align senior stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Credit, Legal, Partnerships, and GTM.
