Requirements

- 3+ years work experience in healthcare or related field.
- Experience presenting and facilitating trainings, workshops, or educational sessions.
- Proficiency in graphic design for presentations and decks.
- Strong writing and composition skills.
- Cultural competency and ability to foster inclusive environments.
- Experience in project management, including managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data and translating findings into actionable insights.
- Ability to leverage AI-powered tools for content creation.
- Ability to locate, interpret, and apply peer-reviewed literature to inform content development.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and update learning resources and educational materials to sustain organizational capacity in population health.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions.
- Manage the centralized team intake process and oversee end-to-end internal team communications.
- Draft, coordinate, and distribute internal communications throughout the year.
- Serve as a primary contact for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and support the annual ERG impACT project.
- Provide strategic assistance and guidance to ERG leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve incoming population health inquiries and project requests.
